Progressive Ethnic Meal Tour of Milwaukee
 
  Eat your way through Milwaukee's ethnic neighborhoods!   Our private bus tour leaves from the Hilton and progresses through Milwaukee's German, Irish, Polish, and Italian neighborhoods, with opportunities to eat and shop along the way.   Advance reservations are required and must be received by August 25.  ($75)

  For those of you who have purchased packages/tickets in advance, your registration packet will be available for pickup in the Crystal Ballroom Foyer.   Individual event tickets will also be on sale at the Registration Desk throughout the weekend.

Welcome Dance
 
  The Crystal Ballroom is the place to be for music and dancing.   Extravaganza orchestras will perform until approximately 1 a.m.  ($15)

Kolo Workshop I
 
  Put on your dancing shoes and join leader Nikola Krcadinac for the first of two sessions.   Regardless of your experience level, there's always something to learn at the kolo workshops.  ($10)  
 
11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Workshop I - Klapa Klinic with the Yeseta Brothers
 
  If you've enjoyed the magnificent harmonies of the Yeseta Brothers for many years on the Extravaganza stage, don't miss the Klapa Klinic.   Learn about this traditional form of a cappella singing and join in and sing a song or two in unique 'klapa' style.  ($10)  
 
12 - 2 p.m.

Tambura Luncheon
 
  Come hear your favorite songs while you enjoy a leisurely lunch with friends.   Lunch will be served at the hotel.  ($25)  
 
2 - 3 p.m.

Workshop II - History of the TAA
 
  Come hear audio clips of past Extravaganzas.  See pictures and clips of musicians who have helped shape past Extravaganzas.  ($10)  
 
3 - 3:15 p.m.

Book Discussion
 
  Discussion with author Rosemary Gard.  (Free)  
 
3:30 - 5 p.m.

Sing-a-Long
 
  Join the ladies of Šarena for the well-loved annual Sing-a-Long.  (Donation on site)

Klapa Singing
 
  Everyone's invited to join us in the Crystall Ballroom foyer for informal klapa singing.

Concert I
 
  Attend the first of two formal concerts, featuring half of the Extravaganza orchestras and a special guest performance by the Šumadija Serbian Folk Dance Ensemble of Milwaukee's Saint Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral.  ($25)

  See your favorites or see them all ... wander among the breakout rooms and the dance as each of the Extravaganza orchestras perform a set.  ($20)

Kolo Workshop II
 
  Get your workout in for the day and take advantage of this second opportunity to brush up on kolo steps with Nikola Krcadinac.  ($10)

TAA Membership Meeting
 
  TAA members are encouraged to attend the General Membership Meeting in the Wright Ballroom.   The agenda includes a discussion of old and new business, a recap of last year's Extravaganza, and the election of open board seats.   (Members only)  
 
1:30 p.m.

Concert II
 
  Catch the last of two formal concerts, featuring a special presentation of Kumovi and the other half of the Extravaganza orchestras.    ($25)  
 
6 - 7 p.m.

Cocktail Hour
 
  Cocktails and music before the Awards Dinner begins.  
 
7 p.m.

Awards Banquet
 
  Help honor the inductees to the Tamburitza Hall of Fame and other award recipients.   Enjoy a delicious, three-course dinner in the Hilton's Crystal Room and a special performance by The Tamburitzans.   Reservations required in advance.  ($50)

Dance & Hospitality Suites II
 
  Take advantage of your last official opportunity to hear all the Extravaganza orchestras.   Visit each breakout room, as well as the dance, and enjoy another set from each featured group.  ($20)

Survivor's Picnic
 
  Location of Survivor's Picnic has changed!  The picnic will be held in the American Serb Memorial Hall (President's Hall) at St. Sava's Church, located at 5101 W. Oklahoma Avenue in Milwaukee (53219).   Ethnic food and scrumptious homemade desserts will be available for purchase.   Continuous music all afternoon with shuttle service provided from the hotel.  ($10 Admission; Food/drinks available for purchase at St. Sava's.)
