  The Tamburitza Association of America Hall of Fame is comprised of individuals who have exhibited a lifetime commitment to the preservation and growth of tambura music in America.  Inducted to the Class of 2017 is --

The Lou Cavic Founder's Award is presented each year to a young person who demonstrates an outstanding devotion to the preservation of tambura music and the Slavic culture.  The 2017 honorees are --

As an organization focused on music, the TAA has many recognition programs for its musicians (e.g., Anniversary Awards, Founder's Award, Hall of Fame).   In contrast, the President's Award recognizes other valuable contributions to our organization.   Each year, the current TAA President may select one or more individuals to receive this award.   This year, President Joseph Novosel has selected the following deserving individuals to receive the 2017 President's Award --
